Ordering

The easiest way to order from us is to use our integrated web based quote system. This will enable you to print an order form to submit with your discs and artwork. Entering your details online sends them directly to us, enabling us to process your order more quickly.

You can also place your order over the phone, by post, or e-mail. If ordering by telephone or e-mail, you will still need to post your material to us.

Once we receive your artwork and disc content, we will produce a free of charge (and obligation) approval copy, prior to production. If sending your artwork by e-mail, please send each image separately to avoid very large e-mails being rejected. You can also use a file sharing service such as YouSendIt (a free service for sending large files). We aim to produce the approval copy either the same day or the following day of receipt.

Once you receive the approval copy, you will need to check both artwork and disc content and return the enclosed form to ensure production. Payment is due prior to production.

When ordering, please include the following:

• name
• address
• disc title
• quantity required
• packaging and print required
• master disc (named appropriately)
• artwork disc or e-mail (named appropriately)
