We are pleased to announce that we will be making available on our instant quote facility various card based packaging options, to go alongside our exsisting CD Duplication and DVD duplication services.

The products that we will be offering are standard card wallets, lancing packs, CD digi-pacs and DVD digipacs. These are all produced by a professional UK based print supplier that we have been working with closely to ensure consistent quality products and fantastic prices. This additional range of packaging will be available for as little as 50 pieces, meaning that at last retail standard card products are available to go alongside our retail standard disc printing and copying for small runs.

Standard turnaround time for card wallets is approx 4 working days – as always though if you have a specific deadline do let us know!

These sensational looking CD’s are top quality product as you would expect from us, the UK’s no.1 for CD and DVD duplication and printing.

This is a standard size 120mm recordable CD but has a true black base which masks any burn marks, allowing the disc to look like a professionally pressed CD. The surface has a black ‘real look and feel’ vinyl groove which mimicks a traditional record and the center area is inkjet printable. (Overall print area is 70mm diameter)
These discs have been manufactured to provide an excellent print finish giving a shiny finish similar to the Taiyo Yuden Watershield discs, remember no labels here, just top quality print direct to the disc surface.

The vinyl effect grooves on the top are realistic, compared to a real record, but clearly you cannot play these discs on a turntable/record player.

We are offering these discs in batches of 50 upwards, supplied with either black or white card wallets with a cutout on one side enabling the printed area to show through.

Just as we thought we were up together with everything, the roads finally being gritted and a long awaited oil delivery arriving we then have suffered a power failure, in on of our locations.

This has resulted in a period of the day when our phones will have either appeared permanently engaged or simply ringing with no response. We have been in the office all day, honestly

We are located close to London Gatwick Airport which was closed for an unprecented period of time on Tuesday and Wednesday, almost 24 hours, due to the heavy snowfall.

Despite the weather we have been operating pretty much as usual, although we have struggled with delayed postal services and deliveries. The increased capacity to our CD and DVD duplication and printing capability, added in 2009 has certainly assisted in ensuring all orders are actioned without any delay. In fact we now have possibly the largest colour thermal re-transfer disc print capacity in the UK.

Please accept our sincere apologies if you have experienced delays with either your approval copy or production CD’s and DVD’s. We continue to work closely with our couriers to ensure that all despatches find their way as expediously as feasible.

The increase in VAT from 15% to 17.5% from the 01st January has now been implemented, meaning quotes obtained on line are bang up to date.

Following the festive period we would like to take the opportunity of wishing all our existing and future DVD and CD Duplication clients a very prosperous 2010.
